These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Royal Galaxy Hotel website (https://royalgalaxy.pk) and any bookings or services provided by Royal Galaxy Hotel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and Reservations

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid confirmation email from us
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
Guest information provided must be accurate and complete
Identification (passport or national ID) is required at check-in as per Pakistani law

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
Applicable taxes and service charges will be added at checkout
Payment terms (deposit, full payment) will be specified at the time of booking
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by rate and package. Specific cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility are stated at the time of booking. Standard cancellation policy:

Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: full refund less any non-refundable deposit
Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: no refund
Some promotional or non-refundable rates may have stricter terms — these will be clearly indicated

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Standard check-out: 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

6. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect hotel rules and other guests at all times
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas
Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for inappropriate behaviour

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss of personal belongings unless deposited with hotel reception. Our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party services.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Royal Galaxy Hotel or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. For UK/EU consumers, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under your local law.
